Network Operation Center Manager, William Brown, has been a valued employee of Guidant Partners for nearly 3 years. William plays a vital role in assuring that Guidant Partners' clients have fast and reliable technology. He is intimately involved with each client's network infrastructure, and remotely touches every device in some way. He is responsible for communicating with clients regarding maintenance schedules and monitoring alerts, and proactively preventing downtime due to systems failures.

When asked the greatest challenges he faces at work, William replied, "keeping abreast of changes in monitoring technology and knowing how to best package it into services for clients." William has a keen ability to reduce the complexity of IT for Guidant Partners' clients. William works constantly to automate many of the more tedious aspects of managed services through scripts, data collection, and analysis. He states, "This business is about delivering consistent high quality customer service, and providing technology solutions that prevent problems before they become a threat to our clients." 

William's passion and determination extends beyond the office place. William is married and a proud father of three. He is currently training to become a triathlete. He not only helps provide fast information systems for clients, he has a need for speed outside of the office. He has a rather adventurous side and rides a Buell XB12R and loves to hit the slopes for some snowboarding action. William plays a critical role in the success of Guidant Partners' team.
