Certified on more than a dozen telecom platforms, Neild Bingham has served at Guidant Partners as a Service Technician for a decade now. As part of his responsibilities, Neild designs, installs and maintains all aspects of a customer's telecom needs and enjoys direct contact with all of the customers he serves.

Neild came to Guidant Partners as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer and over the course of his career here has been proud to have successfully implemented a number of multi-site VoIP networks. But despite his vast experience in the field, Neild continues to expand his knowledge of current and future technologies in both communications and computer networking. His can-do attitude is a plus with his customers. Says Neild, "If a customer has a question, if it's possible, I'll find out. If I can't do it myself, then I'll find someone who can. And if I don't know the answer I will find a resource that does!"

When he's not researching the latest developments in telecom, Neild plays Bass for a Christian Rock band and also enjoys riding motorcycles. Neild has been married for 27 years and has two children, a son and a daughter.
