Sales Engineer, Don Givens, recently joined the Guidant Partners team to serve as a technical resource for the sales force as well as to help streamline the onboarding process for the operations side of the organization. He is responsible for answering pre-sales questions, assessing the network infrastructure of prospective clients, and exploring new technologies and opportunities to improve the networks of Guidant Partners' existing clients. Don will also be conducting scheduled network reviews (VCIO meetings) with Guidant's clients, where he'll spend time with each client to discover how Guidant Partners can continue to provide superior service to their organization.

Don is a great communicator, and is gifted with the ability to discuss highly technical information in a manner that less "technologically inclined" people can easily understand. This will serve as an advantage to both Guidant Partners and our clients, as he ensures that solutions and services are truly aligned with client's business goals and needs. Don believes that "you succeed, by helping others succeed." He looks forward to meeting each of Guidant Partners' clients, and providing them increased levels of communication and customer service.
