Network Support Technician, Jay Ware, has been a valued member of the Guidant Partners team for over 3 years. Jay joined the company in 2008 as a junior level service technician, but after years of extensive training and dedication, he now provides: management, support, and monthly reporting for all of our clients' firewalls and Virtual Private Network devices. His new role allows him to work personally with many clients on a daily basis. Jay works diligently to improve internal processes and workflows, so Guidant Partners can provide superior service and support to each of their clients.

Jay has a passion for learning and utilizing technology, and working at Guidant Partners has given him the ability to further his technical skillsets and learn to work in a fast paced environment. His business philosophy is "do things right the first time, to save time and money in the future." Mr. Ware is an outdoor junkie. His time away from work consists of camping, golfing, hiking, hunting, kayaking, fishing, and playing disc golf. And if it's raining, you can find him online sharpening his World of Warcraft skills. He also enjoys taking on personal IT projects for fun. Jay is a true "techy" through and through, and plays an important role in the success of Guidant Partners.
