Project Manager, Bill Staniszewski, has been with Guidant Partners since February of 2008. Bill serves as a liaison between Guidant Partners' clients and internal staff of both Sales and Operations. He is responsible for ensuring that project solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Clients have high dependency on Bill to inform and properly communicate with them during their onboarding process. Bill's role as Project Manager allows direct engagement with every client of Guidant Partners, as he sets and manages client expectations.

Bill believes that Project Management is both a science and an art. In order to deliver the highest level of customer service, he depends on both proven techniques and processes. He also relies on his ability to relate to people and manage relationships. A highlight of Bill's career at Guidant Partners came in 2009, when he managed projects that totaled $5.8M in revenue. Bill is a proud father of daughters Zoe and Maci. Most of his free time is devoted to his girls, but he loves the outdoors. He rides and trains Tennessee Walking Horses, and never turns down an opportunity to go fishing or hunting.
