Service Technician, Justin Hawkes is in his third year at Guidant Partners. Justin came from Washington in 2007 to join the Guidant Partners' team. He is responsible for client support, and remote management of client servers and workstations. Most of Justin's work is done behind the scenes, but he has recently taken the responsibility of conducting network assessments for new and potential clients. Justin's business philosophy is very simple, "work smart, and work hard." When asked what's most rewarding about his role at Guidant Partners, he replied, "being able to help businesses improve the reliability of their network infrastructure. They often don't realize how much unnecessary risk they're taking on until I get the opportunity to do a network assessment."

Mr. Hawkes is extremely goal oriented, and is proud to work for a company that is committed to staying current with the newest technology and understanding of how it enhances business.  Justin is married, and a proud father of one. While he has several interests and hobbies outside of work, his relationship with God and his family rest at the top his priority list.
