Network Engineer, Sean Hoagland is in his 10^th year at Guidant Partners. Being a Network Engineer requires Sean to work extensively with almost all of Guidant Partners' clients. Sean is a Microsoft Certified Professional, who spends his days designing and implementing IT solutions to improve business continuity for clients. Sean has experience working with LAN (switches, wireless, etc.) WAN (routers, point-to-point, MPLS, frame relay) Security (firewalls, Virtual Private Networks technology) Remote application deployment (Citrix, Terminal Services), server solutions (Exchange, Active Directory, SQL) and troubled workstations. Mr. Hoagland is truly considered a very diverse, knowledgeable technologist.

When asked what he likes most about his work, Sean replied "every client is unique in their technology needs, there's no one size fits all approach. Every client is a new experience; every day presents new challenges and opportunities."  Sean is pleased with of all his accomplishments in his years with Guidant Partners, but he is especially proud of a Citrix farm and data center installation he did for one of the largest privately owned physician practices in America. "It was a lot of hard work, but one of the most satisfying experiences of my career," stated Mr. Hoagland.

Sean is a valued member of the Guidant Partners' team. He truly loves technology, and even when he's not doing work related activities, Mr. Hoagland spends a good portion of his time testing software and evaluating gaming systems. He also has a great appreciation for culinary arts, and is quite the chef.
