Director of Marketing, Zachary Johnson will be starting his fourth year with Guidant Partners in October. Zachary graduated from Tennessee Technological University in August of 2007 with a degree in Business Administration, focused in Marketing, and a minor in Business Management. He joined Guidant Partners two months later, and was named Marketing Coordinator. His ability to get things done and determination to build exposure for the company paved his way to becoming Director of Marketing in June of 2009.

Mr. Johnson has many roles at Guidant Partners. He is responsible for writing website content, creating company collateral, organizing and planning events, presenting at tradeshows, producing a monthly company newsletter, and ultimately building the company image and generating leads. When asked what he likes the most about his job, he replied "I really like our office environment. I appreciate that I'm not micro-managed, and I consider it a blessing to work for a company where I can speak freely about my religious beliefs without being ridiculed."

Zachary not only plays an important role at the office, he invests a lot of time working with the youth group at his church. He teaches 7^th and 8^th grade Sunday school, helps lead a bible study on Wednesday nights, and uses a week of his vacation each year to chaperone one of their summer trips. "Youth are the leaders and decision makers for tomorrow, so it's important that they have quality role models and mentors" says Mr. Johnson. Zachary is a man of integrity, and a valued member of the Guidant Partners team.
