He explains, "My job is to help our clients view IT as a "light switch" where the light simply comes on when you throw the switch. What happens behind the "IT switch" is our responsibility- allowing our clients to focus on their business."  Additionally, Wade believes spending time face-to-face with clients on a regular basis is crucial in getting to know and understand their business first-hand. His primary goal is to become a true partner with each client, and always work with their best interest in-mind when serving them.

Wade takes great pride in his professional development, and has earned a variety of industry certifications. He is a Certified Novell Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Citrix Certified Sales Professional. "I've been fortunate to have success in several different areas," says Wade.  "I'm especially grateful to work for owners who share the same faith as I do. They've been great to work with and always treat me with respect."

Married with three children, Wade enjoys UT football/basketball, motorcycle riding, hiking, running and anything going on with his kids. He is also an ordained Southern Baptist Minister and Youth Pastor at Brotherton Missionary Baptist Church in Cookeville, TN.
